This song is about depression. Madame Blanc is the head of a Ballerina school in my all time favorite movie, Suspiria. (Dario Argento 1977)
Depression to me is very much like a dancer. It will make you feel like you're trapped in the rain and drowning from each water droplet. But as the dancer pirouettes it stops and everything is wonderful again.
